SALES SUPERVISOR – UAE Based
The Sales Executive position is designed for candidates with strong market knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to achieve demanding commercial targets.
This role requires hands-on field involvement and a strong understanding of FMCG sales dynamics.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal applicants should possess:
- BASED IN THE UAE
- MUST HAVE 4-5 YEARS OF FMCG OR SOFT DRINKS SALES EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE.
- CAN MEET MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY TARGETS FOR VOLUME, DISTRIBUTION, AND COVERAGE
- POSSESSES STRONG PEOPLE-MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER-RELATIONSHIP SKILLSS TO STRENGTHEN EXECUTION WITH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS
- CAPABLE OF GUIDING AND MOTIVATING SALES EXECUTIVES THROUGH MARKET VISITS AND ROUTE RIDES
- CAN ENSURE PROPER USE OF COLD DRINK EQUIPMENT AND ON-GROUND VISIBILITY
