Amazon became one of the largest firms in the world and prospered in the state. With almost 55,000 workers, the company’s headquarters are in Seattle, which is close by.
Bezos said his space exploration business Blue Origin as an additional reason. About three hours north of Miami, in Cape Canaveral, is where its “operations are increasingly shifting.”
