After claiming to have used ChatGPT to connect with over 5,000 women on Tinder and finally find his now-fiance, a man has gone popular on social media.
With ChatGPT’s growth since the start of 2023, users have discovered a multitude of applications for the platform.
The program, which has over a billion users, has been utilized for building alarm clocks, avoiding parking charges, and other purposes.
After disclosing that he utilized ChatGPT to operate a Tinder bot that connected him with over 5,000 women on the app and ultimately assisted him in meeting his current fiancée, a guy became popular on Twitter.
Man says he used ChatGPT to meet fiance on Tinder
On January 30, 2024, Aleksandr Zhadan shared that he proposed to a girl that ChatGPT had been talking with on his behalf for a year.
He claims that in order to locate the right female, the bot he built matched and spoke with 5,239 girls that he had met. He admits in the post that ChatGPT forced him to occasionally go on six dates a day before he had to adjust.
He continued by explaining that he had used various iterations of the ChatGPT bot and had stopped using it after meeting Karina, who is now his fiancée.
But as the story spread, many people expressed their doubts about its veracity in retweet threads and other postings that featured the tale.
“I can categorically state that it is phony as a man who speaks Russian. Along with many others, this individual forged his diploma. One commenter retorted, “So assume that in general it is possible, but this story is AI generated.”
“The community did some research on this guy, and there’s a good chance that he is just hyping as he is not a dev himself,” another person commented.
