From Season 3: All we know

There’s more terror in John Griffin’s sci-fi horror series. The cast, story, and hypotheses for From Season 3 are discussed here. The release date is expected to be revealed shortly.

Fans of horror television have already seen two seasons of From, but as the Township gets ready for new mysteries, there will undoubtedly be more mayhem and bloodshed.

Fans want more, though, as with all the finest TV series.

So let’s get started with the Season 3 release, From monsters, the cast, and more once you’ve caught up with the aid of our From streaming guide.

Is there a From Season 3 release date?

There’s no release date for From Season 3, but we expect it to drop in Summer 2024, as filming started in December 2023.

The first two seasons dropped in February 2022 and April 2023, but the now-resolved writers and actors strikes likely pushed the release back by a few months, a summer 2024 premiere is most likely.

On December 29, 2023, series lead Harold Perrineau confirmed production had begun on X. He wrote, “We started filming Season 3…. So I think you’re good”

The show’s official Twitter account also left a strange reply to Taylor Swift’s album release date announcement on February 5, 2024, with a photo from the series. Cryptic, as per usual!

From Season 3 cast speculation: Who’ll be in it?

Harold Perrineau will be back as Boyd Stevens in From Season 3, as should the rest of the surviving cast.

No full list has been confirmed, but we expect some new faces.

Possible From Season 3 cast:

  • Harold Perrineau as Boyd Stevens
  • Catalina Sandino Moreno as Tabitha Matthews
  • Eion Bailey as Jim Matthews
  • David Alpay as Jade Herrera
  • Elizabeth Saunders as Donna Raines
  • Scott McCord as Victor
  • Ricky He as Kenny Liu
  • Chloe Van Landschoot as Kristi Miller
  • Pegah Ghafoori as Fatima Hassan
  • Corteon Moore as Ellis Stevens
  • Hannah Cheramy as Julie Matthews
  • Simon Webster as Ethan Matthews

From Season 3 plot theories: What could it be about?

Director Jack Bender said things are going to “get worse” for the town’s residents in From Season 3, and it’ll be “more horrific”.

“Every time you feel you can get out that way, bang, you hit the wall of the mirror here, here, here, here, here, and it accumulates and builds to a great crescendo at the end of season two,” Bender told Tell-Tale TV.

“It builds and builds to a really powerful, crazy, climactic end of the season, which is where we’re going to pick up season three. It does get worse; it’s like quicksand.”

Bender also cited Stephen King, whose work inspired the creative direction of From. “You know, when I work with Stephen King, I love the fact when he’s writing about the monsters inside of us, as well as the monsters outside of us. So, we relate in a certain way. I think that’s very true of our show.

I think it’ll be scarier to satisfy all that stuff, and it will also be more complicated and horrific for the characters,” he explained.

King is impressed by the show, having posted about it on multiple occasions. “If you’re a horror fan and not watching From, you should get with it. Scary sh*t,” he tweeted.

The official X account also leaked a little bit of a Season 3 script.

The line reads, “You guys worry too much. We’ll be back before you know it.”

Another thing on our puzzle-solving wishlist is the From talismans; we want to know who created them and why.

Is there a From Season 3 trailer?

No, there isn’t a trailer for From Season 3 yet. It will probably arrive in early summer if the series is released in mid-2024.
