As the story arc draws to a conclusion, Demon Slayer Season 4 is coming to an abrupt end. The last episode’s airdate and duration are now known.
Demon Slayer Season 4 was always going to be on the shorter side because it is an adaptation of the Hashira Training Arc. We’ve actually just been enjoying the calm before things become crazy, which serves as a preface to the Infinity Castle Arc and the major confrontation with Muzan in the anime show.
We now know that Demon Slayer Season 4’s eighth and final episode will air on Sunday, June 30. Demon Slayer airs in Japan on Fuji TV, and Episode 8 runs for sixty minutes.
In actuality, this is a little bit shorter than the 70-minute Season 3 conclusion that we saw. That was a different storyline, though. The primary event this time is Muzan’s impending arrival, which will disrupt the training and set up Infinity Castle.
Before the credits roll, we may anticipate a combat of some kind between Tanjiro and the Hashira against Muzan, which will have everyone on the edge of their seats. The status of Demon Slayer Season 5 is currently unknown due to recurring rumors that a trilogy of anime films will be released in its place.
As of yet, nothing has been confirmed, so we’ll wait and see. There’s a potential that, like Mugen Train, we’ll receive both movies and additional episodes.
Demon Slayer has grown so much that two popular compilation films, Infinity Castle and Sunrise Countdown, could easily be released again and draw large crowds of fans.
