Dev’s son is purportedly the source of the enormous GTA 6 leak that Rockstar removed.

A supposed GTA 6 leak has come out displaying new areas of downtown Vice City, but many questioned its validity when it came out. However, new details have come to light surrounding the clip that has led many fans to believe the leaks are real.

It should come as no surprise that there have been several false leaks that have caused a great deal of conjecture among fans eagerly awaiting the release of Grand Theft Auto 6, since it is one of the most anticipated games of all time.
Furthermore, a fresh leak that surfaced a few days before the release of the first GTA 6 video might be genuine, even if the majority of leaks—aside from the enormous one that revealed over ninety minutes of gameplay footage—have been shown to be false.

What is known about the most recent GTA 6 leak is as follows:

GTA 6 leak goes viral on TikTok, but are the leaks real?

A slowed-down video showing someone at a debug menu in what looks to be an early build of Grand Theft Auto 6 was the source of the initial leak. Although the video was removed from TikTok, it showcased several fresh views in Vice City’s downtown area that weren’t included in the initial wave of viral leaks.

As of this writing, there is still a version available on Twitter, but given that Rockstar is eager to remove any anything connected to the leaks, it too could be removed.

Fans of the franchise continued to discuss the video even after it was swiftly deleted by administrators from the GTA 6 Reddit, where it had also been uploaded. Even while everyone initially thought it had to be a hoax, more and more minute elements that would have required a great deal of work to create started to be detected.

A slide deck that purports the son of Rockstar North’s chief of development, Aaron Garbut, was personally involved in finding this information was also uploaded. However, this is simply based on the account that uploaded the leaks. In the comments on one of their TikToks, they refer to Garbut’s kid as “the coolest dude I met,” despite the fact that they deny knowing him.

In addition, this user made a slide presentation that included additional sports vehicles and locations not found in Grand Theft Auto V, albeit it has since been removed.

Additionally, one fan linked some parts of the footage with faraway buildings in the original leaks, adding yet another layer of validity to this short video’s content.

There have also been screenshots of a conversation with Aaron Garbut himself posted with him allegedly confirming that the leaks are real, with him also confirming that the game will have 3 major cities, four “sub cities”, and that all of them surround a “large lake in the middle of the map.”

Footage of the posts is being rapidly deleted from the internet amidst the chaos, with many who originally thought it was fake now unsure after the sheer amount of proof posted by the azzarossi account.

So, are the leaks real? At this time, there’s too much new content that’s been shown to deny that they’re real. Between the amount of ways that this footage has been linked to prior leaks and Rockstar moving quickly to take down content, there’s good reason to believe that these leaks are legitimate.
