In order to make sure you’re up to date, here’s a guide to the whole cast and crew of Reacher Season 2, including Jack Reacher. Reacher Season 2 recently concluded with an explosive ending.
Reacher’s first season made it apparent that the main character of the show was letting go of Margrave and everything he did to support the little town. This involves bidding farewell to Roscoe Conklin, his Season 1 romantic interest (Willa Fitzgerald).
The ripped wanderer is heading off on yet another journey across the nation, maybe to the place where he will be most needed. As Reacher Season 2 adapts Lee Child’s eleventh book, Bad Luck and Trouble, it will have new characters as well as some returning ones.
Fans will get a special treat as a famous Terminator star joins the series as a formidable foe against Reacher. As Reacher looks into the murders of his investigative team, he encounters many people in his way. Here are the main actors and characters:.
Alan Ritchson: Jack Reacher
The legendary fighting and weaponry expert Jack Reacher, complete with a caustic sense of humor, is none other than Alan Ritchson, who reprises his lead role in Reacher Season 2.
The seasoned military police detective must give up his nomadic lifestyle once more, but this time for a very personal cause. He finds out through an encrypted communication that the 110th MP Special Investigations, his previous US Army unit, is going extinct. In an effort to identify the culprit and obtain answers, he gathers some of his former allies.
Ritchson is known among some fans for his earliest comedic role in Blue Mountain State as Thad Castle and his superhero guest role as Aquaman in Smallville. He also played Hank Hall/HHawk on the HBO Max series Titans.
Maria Sten: Frances Neagley
Maria Sten, who debuted in Season 1 as Reacher’s longtime friend Frances Neagley, an intelligence operative, is a mainstay on the cast of Reacher.
Neagley comes back to assist Reacher since she was an Army MP under Reacher in the 110th Special Investigations Unit during her time in the service, making this case very meaningful to her. After quitting the military, she turns into a valuable private investigator for Reacher.
Fiercely loyal, Neagley joins Reacher’s team after also learning the truth about their former division. Together, they go on the hunt for answers and investigate the person pulling the strings behind the murders.
As well as being an actor, Sten has a history in pageant work, having been Miss Denmark Universe 2008. Some of her known roles are as Jillian in Channel Zero: The Dream Door and Liz in Swamp Thing.
Robert Patrick: Shane Langston
New to the cast is Terminator actor Robert Patrick as Shane Langston. The actor took over the role from Rory Cochrane, who backed out of the series early on. His character, Shane Langston, is a former NYPD detective turned head of security for a private defense contractor.
The first few episodes of Reacher Season 2 proved that Langston has more than his hand involved in the murders of the 110th and is working in the shadows to keep things quiet.
Ferdinand Kingsley: A.M.
With Ferdinand Kingsley portraying A.M., the enemies in Reacher Season 2 will be much more formidable.
Homeland Security refers to A.M. as a “ghost” for the whole of the second season. He operates under several names, is difficult to find, and is motivated by money. He purchases weapons for terrorists and is a hired gun. He will work for the highest bidder. A.M. makes an appearance in Reacher Season 2 as an ordinary, well-dressed man who enjoys reading children’s stories. He is actually the go-between for extremely profitable yet unlawful transactions.
Kingsley’s most well-known roles are those of Mr. Francatelli in the British TV series Victoria and Hamza Bey in the movie Dracula Untold. His most recent claim to fame is from his part in The Sandman on Netflix as Hob Gadling.
Serinda Swan: Karla Dixon
Serinda Swan is cast as another one of Reacher’s former teammates, Karla Dixon, for Reacher Season 2.
Like Neagley, Dixon served with the Army’s unit of special investigators. She, too, is a private investigator skilled in combat and numbers. She shares her love for mathematics with Reacher. Don’t let her looks fool you; she can take down anyone, regardless of size. She joins the others in the pursuit to avenge her fallen comrades.
In 2009, actor Swan played a guest role as Zatanna Zatara in Smallville. She then had a main role as Erica Reed in Breakout Kings, followed by playing Paige Arkin in Graceland. As Chloe, she had a recurring role in Ballers. Her most recent work is as Jenny Cooper in Coroner.
Shaun Sipos: David O’Donnell
Joining the team for Reacher Season 2 is actor Shaun Sipos as David O’Donnell. He too served under Reacher in the 110th MP Special Investigations Unit.
Unlike his companions, David is strikingly different and perceived as a run-of-the-mill white-collar worker. In the Reacher Season 2 trailer, Reacher jokes that things are the same as always, with him doing the physical work and David looking on. In Child’s book, he’s described as “tall, fair, handsome, like a stockbroker.”
The Canadian actor is known for his roles on Complete Savages, Eric Daniels on Life Unexpected, and David Breck on the series Melrose Place. But die-hard Vampire Diaries fans will remember him as Aaron Whitmore in the fifth season.
Domenick Lombardozzi: Gaitano “Guy” Russo
While part of the supporting cast, the character of Guy Russo is worth adding to the list. In Reacher Season 2, he plays a key role for Reacher and his team as they sleuthly work around authorities. He’s an NYPD detective hot on Reacher’s trail, as he thinks he and his team are up to no good. He soon realizes Reacher and him need to work together to solve the murders.
Lombardozzi is likely well-known among fans for his various roles on the small and big screens. He’s played an authoritative police-style role before, or the exact opposite. In The Wire, he played Herc and has become known for his roles in Tulsa King, Entourage, A Bronx Tale, and The Irishmen. He’s also appeared in Boardwalk Empire, Rosewood, and Donovan.
Shannon Kook: Tony Swan
Reacher Season 2 dives into Reacher’s backstory with the 110th and its connection to their current case. At the heart of the investigation is one of their teammates, Tony Swan. Per Reacher’s outlook on his team, he sees all of them as upstanding soldiers and people overall. But Swan’s loyalties begin to falter by the end of the third episode as they dive deeper into Langston.
Kook is notable for some of his works, including Degrassi: The Next Generation, Carmilla, Shadowhunters, and The 100. Horror fans will recognize him for his role as Drew Thomas in The Conjuring Universe.
Christina Cox: Marlo Burns
As the season progresses, it becomes evident that Marlo Burns is starting to take center stage. She is the Director of Operations of New Age, according to the series. When Neagley and Dixon first meet her at the workplace, she looks kind. She provides them with an address and some information. Reacher and the group, however, find themselves attacked at the scene and assume Burns is collaborating with Langston as well.
Jane, her little daughter, is also her child. It soon becomes clear that she was not involved in Langston’s scheme or the ambush. Actually, because she didn’t trust Langston or his associates, she was the one who hired Swan to watch him.
The role is played by Canadian actor Christina Cox. Some fans may remember her from the 2000s series Blood Ties, based on the book series where she starred as Vickie Nelson. A former cop turned private eye learns the truth about what goes bump in the night when meeting a vampire. She also starred in The Chronicles of Riddick.
